Chickpea Puree


This versatile puree tastes fantastic with raw vegetables, breads or toasts.

The ingredient of Chickpea Puree

  • 2 x 300g cans chickpeas drained
  • 2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 185mls 3 4 cup olive oil
  • pinch cayenne pepper or to taste
  • salt ground black pepper to taste

The Instruction of chickpea puree

  • place the drained chickpeas garlic and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor process until almost smooth
  • add the olive oil and cayenne pepper and process to combine season with salt and pepper
