STICKY GARLIC CHICKEN BITES


These simple baked bird nuggets are sweet, sticky, and simply finger-licking amazing!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless bird breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Kosher salt and freshly flooring black pepper, to taste
  • 2 huge eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko*

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup lowered sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds


DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400 stages F. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray.
