Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Buffalo wings are a household favourite and so are comforting casseroles, so why now not combine the two? Especially if I could make it healthy! But trust me while I inform you that this buffalo fowl casserole would now not style healthy. This recipe is creamy, crunchy, spicy and everybody will love it.



Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 spaghetti squash medium-large
  • 3/4 cup ranch
  • 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 2 stalks Celery diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbls Ghee
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeno

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425'. Using a pointy knife, make 3-5 slits within the squash and region on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 15-20 or till it's fork delicate (cooking time might range depending at the measurement of the squash. Set squash apart to cool
