  • 2 cups 300g plain flour

  • to make the pizza dough combine the water yeast and sugar in a pitcher set aside for 5 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy mix the flour and salt in a large bowl add the yeast mixture and oil and use a round bladed knife in a cutting action to stir until just combined turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic place in an oiled bowl cover with plastic wrap keep warm draught free place for 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size
